1System là dịch vụ được vận hành bởi CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN CÔNG NGHỆ VÀ DỊCH VỤ WINX (“1System”, “chúng tôi”). Chúng tôi tôn trọng quyền riêng tư và cam kết bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân mà bạn chia sẻ với chúng tôi. Chính sách này mô tả các loại thông tin chúng tôi thu thập, cách chúng tôi sử dụng và bảo vệ thông tin, các lựa chọn bạn có và các quyền bạn có thể thực hiện. Chính sách áp dụng cho việc bạn sử dụng website, ứng dụng và các dịch vụ liên quan của 1System (“Dịch vụ”). Bằng việc tạo tài khoản hoặc sử dụng Dịch vụ, bạn xác nhận đã đọc và hiểu Chính sách này.
1. Về Chính sách này
1System cung cấp công cụ giúp doanh nghiệp giao tiếp và quản lý khách hàng của chính họ. Trong quá trình đó, chúng tôi xử lý hai nhóm thông tin: thông tin về những người đăng ký và sử dụng 1System, và thông tin mà khách hàng doanh nghiệp xử lý về khách hàng của họ thông qua Dịch vụ.
Chính sách này tập trung vào cách chúng tôi xử lý thông tin cá nhân của bạn với tư cách người dùng 1System. Khi chúng tôi xử lý thông tin thay mặt một khách hàng doanh nghiệp, chúng tôi thực hiện theo hướng dẫn của họ và thỏa thuận giữa hai bên.
2. Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập
Chúng tôi thu thập thông tin nhằm cung cấp và cải thiện Dịch vụ, bao gồm:
- Thông tin bạn cung cấp trực tiếp, như họ tên, địa chỉ email và các chi tiết khi tạo hoặc cập nhật tài khoản.
- Thông tin bạn chủ động cung cấp khi sử dụng Dịch vụ hoặc khi liên hệ với chúng tôi.
- Thông tin từ các tài khoản và dịch vụ bạn kết nối với 1System, chỉ dùng để cung cấp các tính năng bạn yêu cầu.
- Thông tin cơ bản về việc sử dụng và hỗ trợ giúp chúng tôi vận hành và cải thiện Dịch vụ.
- Thông tin liên quan đến thanh toán khi bạn mua gói dịch vụ trả phí.
3. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin
Chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin của bạn để:
- Tạo, bảo mật và quản lý tài khoản của bạn;
- Cung cấp, vận hành, duy trì và cải thiện Dịch vụ;
- Cá nhân hóa trải nghiệm và ghi nhớ tùy chọn của bạn;
- Phản hồi yêu cầu và hỗ trợ khách hàng;
- Xử lý thanh toán và quản lý gói dịch vụ;
- Cải thiện, bảo mật và bảo vệ Dịch vụ;
- Gửi các thông báo quan trọng và, khi được phép, các ưu đãi và cập nhật.
4. Căn cứ pháp lý để xử lý
Khi pháp luật hiện hành yêu cầu, chúng tôi dựa trên một hoặc nhiều căn cứ sau: sự đồng ý của bạn (có thể rút lại bất cứ lúc nào); thực hiện hợp đồng với bạn; lợi ích hợp pháp của chúng tôi trong việc vận hành và cải thiện Dịch vụ; và tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
5. Cách chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin
Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ thông tin với các nhà cung cấp dịch vụ đáng tin cậy giúp chúng tôi vận hành — ví dụ như lưu trữ, xử lý thanh toán và liên lạc — trong phạm vi cần thiết và theo cam kết bảo mật. Chúng tôi cũng có thể tiết lộ thông tin khi pháp luật yêu cầu, hoặc trong trường hợp sáp nhập, mua lại, chuyển nhượng, khi đó thông tin vẫn được bảo vệ. Chúng tôi cũng có thể chia sẻ thông tin đã được tổng hợp hoặc ẩn danh.
6. Chuyển dữ liệu quốc tế
1System có thể lưu trữ và xử lý thông tin tại các cơ sở ở nhiều quốc gia. Dù thông tin được xử lý ở đâu, chúng tôi đều thực hiện các bước phù hợp để bảo vệ theo Chính sách này và pháp luật hiện hành.
7. Lưu trữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi chỉ lưu giữ thông tin cá nhân trong thời gian cần thiết cho các mục đích nêu trong Chính sách này — nghĩa là trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động và một khoảng thời gian hợp lý sau đó. Khi không còn cần thiết, chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoặc ẩn danh thông tin, trừ khi pháp luật yêu cầu lưu lâu hơn.
8. Cách chúng tôi bảo vệ thông tin
Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý để bảo vệ thông tin khỏi truy cập trái phép, tiết lộ, thay đổi, mất mát hoặc lạm dụng. Không có phương thức nào an toàn tuyệt đối; bạn cũng nên giữ bí mật thông tin đăng nhập và thông báo cho chúng tôi ngay nếu nghi ngờ tài khoản bị xâm phạm.
9. Quyền của bạn
Tùy theo nơi bạn sinh sống, bạn có thể có quyền: truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa thông tin cá nhân; rút lại sự đồng ý; phản đối hoặc hạn chế một số hoạt động xử lý; yêu cầu bản sao ở định dạng có thể chuyển giao; và khiếu nại với cơ quan có thẩm quyền. Để thực hiện, vui lòng liên hệ theo thông tin cuối trang.
10. Lựa chọn và kiểm soát của bạn
Bạn có thể xem và cập nhật thông tin tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào; từ chối nhận tin quảng cáo; quản lý cookie qua trình duyệt; và ngắt kết nối bất kỳ tài khoản hoặc dịch vụ nào bạn đã liên kết với 1System.
11. Cookie và công nghệ tương tự
Chúng tôi sử dụng cookie và các công nghệ tương tự để giữ trạng thái đăng nhập, ghi nhớ tùy chọn, giữ an toàn cho Dịch vụ và hiểu cách Dịch vụ được sử dụng. Bạn có thể quản lý cookie qua cài đặt trình duyệt.
12. Truyền thông tiếp thị
Nếu bạn đã đồng ý nhận, chúng tôi có thể gửi bản tin hoặc thông điệp quảng cáo. Bạn có thể từ chối bất cứ lúc nào qua liên kết huỷ đăng ký hoặc liên hệ với chúng tôi. Chúng tôi vẫn có thể gửi thông báo quan trọng liên quan đến dịch vụ.
13. Xóa dữ liệu hoặc tài khoản
Bạn có thể yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu hoặc tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách gửi email tới [email protected]. Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý theo quy định pháp luật hiện hành.
14. Dữ liệu Google và YouTube
Khi bạn đăng nhập bằng Google, kết nối kênh YouTube hoặc kết nối Google Sheets, 1System chỉ nhận dữ liệu từ Google API khi bạn đã cho phép ở màn hình đồng ý của Google. Mục này nói rõ chúng tôi truy cập gì và xử lý ra sao.
Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập:
- Đăng nhập bằng Google (openid, email, profile): tên, địa chỉ email và ảnh đại diện — để tạo và đăng nhập tài khoản 1System.
- Kênh YouTube (youtube.force-ssl): tên kênh, đường dẫn kênh, ảnh, mô tả và các con số công khai (người đăng ký, lượt xem, số video); danh sách video bạn đã tải lên cùng tiêu đề, ảnh thu nhỏ, chế độ hiển thị và số liệu; bình luận trên video của kênh (tên, ảnh và nội dung của người bình luận).
- Thao tác YouTube do bạn thực hiện trong 1System (youtube.force-ssl): trả lời bình luận, ẩn bình luận khỏi kênh, và tải video lên với tiêu đề, mô tả, chế độ hiển thị và khai báo “dành cho trẻ em” do bạn nhập.
- YouTube Analytics (yt-analytics.readonly): báo cáo theo ngày của kênh — lượt xem, thời gian xem, thời lượng xem trung bình, người đăng ký mới và huỷ đăng ký, lượt thích, bình luận và lượt chia sẻ.
- Google Sheets (drive.file): chỉ bảng tính bạn chọn trong hộp chọn tệp của Google, hoặc bảng 1System tạo theo yêu cầu của bạn — đơn hàng mới được thêm thành dòng. 1System không xem và không mở được bất kỳ tệp nào khác trong Google Drive của bạn.
Cách sử dụng: chỉ để hiển thị lại dữ liệu đó cho bạn và đội của bạn trong 1System và thực hiện các thao tác bạn yêu cầu. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu người dùng Google cho quảng cáo, không bán, và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo hay học máy. Nhân sự 1System không đọc dữ liệu này, trừ khi có sự cho phép của bạn để hỗ trợ, khi cần cho điều tra bảo mật hoặc lạm dụng, hoặc khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Chia sẻ: chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu người dùng Google và không chuyển cho bất kỳ ai, trừ (1) cho chính Google để thực hiện thao tác bạn yêu cầu, (2) cho nhà cung cấp máy chủ đang vận hành hệ thống của chúng tôi, chỉ để chạy Dịch vụ, và (3) khi pháp luật yêu cầu. Chúng tôi không bao giờ chuyển dữ liệu này cho nhà quảng cáo, bên môi giới dữ liệu hay dịch vụ AI/học máy của bên thứ ba.
Lưu trữ: mã truy cập (token) chỉ nằm trên máy chủ của chúng tôi, không bao giờ gửi về trình duyệt. Với YouTube, chúng tôi lưu hồ sơ kênh và các con số công khai, cùng nhật ký video bạn đã tải lên qua 1System; báo cáo Analytics, danh sách video và bình luận được lấy từ YouTube khi bạn mở và không được lưu lại.
Bảo vệ: dữ liệu người dùng Google chỉ được truyền qua kết nối HTTPS (TLS) đã mã hoá. Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ của 1System, trong cơ sở dữ liệu chỉ phần máy chủ của 1System và quản trị viên được phân quyền truy cập được; dữ liệu của mỗi doanh nghiệp được tách riêng khỏi doanh nghiệp khác. Mã truy cập (token) không bao giờ rời máy chủ của chúng tôi.
Dữ liệu tổng hợp và ẩn danh: chúng tôi không tạo, không bán và không chia sẻ dữ liệu tổng hợp hay ẩn danh rút ra từ dữ liệu người dùng Google. Mọi quy định trong mục này — kể cả Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use) — áp dụng như nhau cho dữ liệu người dùng Google dạng thô, tổng hợp và ẩn danh.
Xoá: chọn “Ngắt kết nối” trên một kênh YouTube sẽ thu hồi quyền của 1System tại Google và xoá ngay token đã lưu; chọn “Gỡ kênh” xoá thêm hồ sơ kênh và nhật ký video đã tải lên. Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền bất cứ lúc nào tại https://myaccount.google.com/permissions — khi đó 1System không đọc được dữ liệu của bạn nữa. Để yêu cầu xoá phần dữ liệu Google còn lại, hãy gửi email cho chúng tôi (xem mục “Xóa dữ liệu hoặc tài khoản”); chúng tôi hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày.
1System sử dụng Dịch vụ API của YouTube. Khi kết nối kênh YouTube, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); cách Google xử lý dữ liệu của bạn được nêu trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Việc 1System sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận từ Google API sang bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Dịch vụ API Google (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), bao gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use).
Việc sử dụng dữ liệu người dùng (nguyên bản hoặc suy ra) nhận từ Google Workspace API tuân thủ Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng của Google, bao gồm các yêu cầu Sử dụng giới hạn (Limited Use). 1System không dùng dữ liệu từ Google Workspace API để phát triển, cải thiện hay huấn luyện các mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo hoặc học máy tổng quát, và không gửi dữ liệu đó cho bất kỳ dịch vụ AI bên thứ ba nào.
15. Dữ liệu TikTok
Khi bạn kết nối tài khoản TikTok, 1System chỉ nhận dữ liệu từ API của TikTok (Login Kit, Display API và Content Posting API) theo đúng các quyền bạn đồng ý ở màn hình cấp quyền của TikTok. Mục này nói rõ chúng tôi truy cập gì và xử lý ra sao.
Dữ liệu chúng tôi truy cập:
- Hồ sơ cơ bản (user.info.basic): open ID, union ID, tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện TikTok của bạn — để hiện tài khoản TikTok nào đang được kết nối.
- Chi tiết hồ sơ (user.info.profile): đường dẫn hồ sơ, tiểu sử và tài khoản đã xác minh hay chưa.
- Số liệu tài khoản (user.info.stats): số người theo dõi, đang theo dõi, lượt thích và số video — hiện ở trang tổng quan kênh và được ghi lại mỗi ngày một lần để bạn xem thay đổi theo thời gian.
- Video của bạn (video.list): danh sách video công khai trên tài khoản cùng tiêu đề, ảnh bìa và số lượt xem, thích, bình luận, chia sẻ.
- Đăng bài do bạn thực hiện trong 1System (video.upload, video.publish): tải video vào hộp thư TikTok dưới dạng bản nháp, hoặc đăng thẳng, với chú thích và chế độ riêng tư do bạn chọn. 1System chỉ đăng khi bạn bấm nút, không bao giờ tự đăng.
Cách sử dụng: chỉ để hiển thị lại dữ liệu đó cho bạn và đội của bạn trong 1System và thực hiện các lượt đăng bạn yêu cầu. Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu TikTok cho quảng cáo, không bán, và không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình trí tuệ nhân tạo hay học máy.
Chia sẻ: chúng tôi không chuyển dữ liệu TikTok cho bất kỳ ai, trừ (1) cho chính TikTok để thực hiện thao tác bạn yêu cầu, (2) cho nhà cung cấp máy chủ đang vận hành hệ thống của chúng tôi, chỉ để chạy Dịch vụ, và (3) khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Lưu trữ: mã truy cập và mã làm mới chỉ nằm trên máy chủ của chúng tôi, không bao giờ gửi xuống trình duyệt. Chúng tôi lưu hồ sơ TikTok, số liệu theo ngày nói ở trên và nhật ký các bài bạn đã đăng qua 1System (chú thích, chế độ riêng tư, trạng thái). Danh sách video được đọc từ TikTok khi bạn mở và không lưu lại.
Xoá: bấm “Ngắt kết nối” ở tài khoản TikTok sẽ thu hồi quyền của 1System phía TikTok và xoá ngay mã truy cập đã lưu; bấm “Gỡ kênh” xoá thêm hồ sơ, số liệu theo ngày và nhật ký bài đăng đã lưu. Cả hai thao tác đều không sửa hay xoá video trên tài khoản TikTok của bạn. Bạn cũng có thể gỡ quyền của 1System ngay trong ứng dụng TikTok tại Cài đặt và quyền riêng tư › Bảo mật › Quản lý quyền ứng dụng. Để yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu TikTok còn lại, hãy gửi email cho chúng tôi (xem mục “Xóa dữ liệu hoặc tài khoản”); chúng tôi hoàn tất trong vòng 30 ngày.
Cách TikTok xử lý dữ liệu của bạn được mô tả trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư của TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy), và việc bạn dùng TikTok tuân theo Điều khoản dịch vụ của TikTok (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service).
16. Liên kết đến dịch vụ khác
Dịch vụ có thể chứa liên kết đến các website hoặc dịch vụ không do 1System vận hành. Chính sách này không áp dụng cho các dịch vụ đó và chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm về thực tiễn quyền riêng tư của họ.
17. Thay đổi Chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách này theo thời gian. Khi có thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi sẽ đăng phiên bản cập nhật trên trang này kèm ngày hiệu lực mới.

1System is a service operated by WINX Technology and Service Joint Stock Company (“1System”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect, how we use and safeguard it, the choices available to you, and the rights you can exercise. It applies to your use of the 1System website, applications, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. About This Policy
1System provides tools that help businesses communicate with and manage their own customers. In doing so, we handle two broad categories of information: information about the people who register and use 1System, and information that our business users process about their own customers through the Services.
This Policy focuses on how we handle your personal information as a user of 1System. Where we process information on behalf of a business user, we do so according to that business's instructions and our agreement with them.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in a few different ways, always to provide, maintain, and improve the Services:
- Information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and the details you enter when you create or update your account.
- Information you choose to provide while using our Services or when you contact us.
- Information from the accounts and services you connect to 1System, used only to deliver the features you request.
- Basic usage and support information that helps us operate and improve the Services.
- Payment-related information when you purchase a paid plan.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Create, secure, and manage your account;
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Personalize your experience and remember your preferences;
- Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- Process payments and manage your subscription;
- Improve, secure, and protect the Services;
- Send you important notices and, where permitted, offers and updates.
4. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires it, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate — for example, hosting, payment processing, and communications — and only to the extent necessary and under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information remains protected. We may share information that has been aggregated or anonymized.
6. International Transfers
1System may store and process information in facilities located in different countries. Wherever your information is processed, we take appropriate steps to keep it protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We keep your personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here — while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law.
8. How We Protect Your Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. No method is completely secure; please keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; withdraw your consent; object to or restrict certain processing; request a copy in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with a competent authority. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
10. Your Choices and Controls
You can review and update your account information at any time; opt out of promotional messages; manage cookies through your browser; and disconnect any account or service you linked to 1System.
11. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the Services secure, and understand how they are used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
12. Marketing Communications
If you agreed to receive them, we may send newsletters or promotional messages. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. We may still send important service-related messages.
13. Deleting Your Data or Account
You can request deletion of your data or account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will process your request in accordance with applicable law.
14. Google and YouTube Data
When you sign in with Google, connect a YouTube channel, or connect Google Sheets, 1System receives data from Google APIs only with your permission on Google’s consent screen. This section explains exactly what we access and how we treat it.
Data we access:
- Google Sign-In (openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile picture, used to create and sign in to your 1System account.
- YouTube channel (youtube.force-ssl): your channel’s name, handle, picture, description and public counts (subscribers, views, videos); the list of videos you uploaded with their titles, thumbnails, privacy status and counts; and the comments on your channel’s videos (commenter name, picture and text).
- YouTube actions you start in 1System (youtube.force-ssl): replying to a comment, hiding a comment from your channel, and uploading a video with the title, description, privacy setting and “made for kids” declaration you enter.
- YouTube Analytics (yt-analytics.readonly): daily reports for your channel — views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained and lost, likes, comments and shares.
- Google Sheets (drive.file): only spreadsheets you pick in Google’s file picker, or that 1System creates for you at your request — new orders are added to them as rows. 1System cannot see or open any other file in your Google Drive.
How we use it: only to show this data back to you and your team inside 1System and to carry out the actions you request. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. People at 1System do not read it, except with your permission for support, when needed for security or abuse investigations, or when required by law.
Sharing: we do not sell Google user data and do not transfer it to anyone, except (1) to Google itself to perform the actions you request, (2) to the hosting provider that runs our servers, solely to operate the Services, and (3) when required by law. We never transfer it to advertisers, data brokers or third-party AI/ML services.
Storage: access tokens are kept only on our servers and are never sent to your browser. For YouTube we store your channel profile and public counts, and a log of the videos you uploaded through 1System; analytics reports, video lists and comments are fetched from YouTube when you open them and are not stored.
Protection: Google user data travels only over encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connections. It is stored on 1System’s servers in a database that only the 1System backend and authorized administrators can access; each business’s data is kept separate from other businesses’ data. Access tokens never leave our servers.
Aggregated and anonymized data: we do not create, sell or share aggregated or anonymized data derived from Google user data. Every rule in this section — including Limited Use — applies to raw, aggregated and anonymized Google user data alike.
Deletion: choosing “Disconnect” on a YouTube channel revokes 1System’s access at Google and deletes the stored tokens immediately; choosing “Remove channel” also deletes the stored channel profile and upload log. You can also revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions — 1System then can no longer read your data. To ask us to delete any remaining Google data, email us (see “Deleting Your Data or Account”); we complete deletion within 30 days.
1System uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
1System’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. 1System does not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, and does not send it to any third-party AI service.
15. TikTok Data
When you connect a TikTok account, 1System receives data from TikTok’s APIs (Login Kit, Display API and Content Posting API) only for the permissions you approve on TikTok’s authorization screen. This section explains what we access and how we treat it.
Data we access:
- Basic profile (user.info.basic): your TikTok open ID, union ID, display name and avatar — used to show which TikTok account is connected.
- Profile details (user.info.profile): your profile link, bio and whether the account is verified.
- Account statistics (user.info.stats): your follower, following, like and video counts, shown on your channel overview and recorded once a day so you can see how they change.
- Your videos (video.list): the list of public videos on your account with their titles, cover images and view, like, comment and share counts.
- Posting you start in 1System (video.upload, video.publish): uploading a video to your TikTok inbox as a draft, or publishing it directly, with the caption and privacy setting you choose. 1System posts only when you press the button; it never posts on its own.
How we use it: only to show this data back to you and your team inside 1System and to carry out the posts you request. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
Sharing: we do not transfer TikTok data to anyone except (1) to TikTok itself to perform the actions you request, (2) the hosting provider that runs our servers, solely to operate the Services, and (3) when required by law.
Storage: access and refresh tokens are kept only on our servers and are never sent to your browser. We store your TikTok profile, the daily statistics described above and a log of the posts you made through 1System (caption, privacy setting and status). Your video list is fetched from TikTok when you open it and is not stored.
Deletion: choosing “Disconnect” on a TikTok account revokes 1System’s access at TikTok and deletes the stored tokens immediately; choosing “Remove channel” also deletes the stored profile, daily statistics and post log. Neither action changes or deletes the videos on your TikTok account. You can also remove 1System’s access in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy › Security › Manage app permissions. To ask us to delete any remaining TikTok data, email us (see “Deleting Your Data or Account”); we complete deletion within 30 days.
TikTok’s handling of your data is described in the TikTok Privacy Policy (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy), and your use of TikTok is governed by the TikTok Terms of Service (https://www.tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service).

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on this page with a new effective date.
